The Institute for Industrial Productivity (IIP) provides assistance at the national and local level to accelerate energy efficiency practices in industry. IIP works to stimulate investment in energy management systems and other energy efficiency technologies and tools by government, industry and utilities with the aspiration that they become part of business as usual. This is done by working on relevant government policies, providing technical assistance and implementation support to a range of parties, offering a suite of industrial energy efficiency databases, and partnering with key companies, investors and associations to create model projects that can be effectively scaled up.
